RoadRunner Express is a family-owned vehicle registration and shipping coordination service based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. We serve St. Thomas and St. John.
This business was built on relationships — with the customs offices, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, the Excise Tax office, the carriers, and the community. Those relationships took years to build and they are the reason we can move faster, solve problems on the spot, and get your car or cargo processed without the delays that trip up people doing it for the first time.
